高鐵苗栗車站特定區-後龍聯絡道路工程完工通車（test）

Miaoli County Government held the opening ceremony of the Hou Long access road of HSR Miaoli Station District and BOHSR was invited to attend the ceremony. Section Chief Huang Shu-Ming representing BOHSR to explain the five access road system improvement programs of HSR Miaoli Station, which include: the construction project for the new access road connecting Da-Shan interchange that connects No.3 National Freeway with the station district: the access road connecting Hou Long River Bridge, the new Hou Long River Bridge, and the right-turn ramp of Hou Long-Wen Shui Line to connect the station district and the overhead roads of Maioli City and form a comprehensive transportation network with the east-westbound Hou Long! Wen Shui Highway (Provincial Highway No.73). These four construction projects have been completed already. Now with the completion of the new Hou Long access road of HSR Miaoli Station District, we will be able to form a comprehensive access road network with the Miaoli/Hou Long urban planning area to contribute to the industrial and economic development for Miaoli County.
苗栗縣政府於 98 年 11 月 17 日舉行「車站特定區一後龍聯絡道路工程」完工通車典禮，本局應邀參加。黃科長樹明代表本局致辭。高鐵苗栗站規劃有 5 項聯外道路系統改善計畫，包含：「新闢道路銜接大山交流道工程 」 ，用以銜接國道三號高速公路至車站特定區；興闢「後龍溪橋銜接道路工程 J 、「新建後龍溪橋 」 及「後龍汶水線增設右轉匝道工程」，以連絡車站特定區至苗栗市外環道路，並與東西向後龍汶水快速道路（台 72 線）銜接構成完整路網，以上 4 項工程均已完工通車，現新闢「車站特定區一後龍聯絡道路工程 J 完工，可連絡苗栗後龍都市計畫區構成完整的聯外路網，對於苗栗縣未來產業與經濟的發展提升極有助益。
